The Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority announced that Saudi Electricity Company has completed <a href="https://www.se.com.The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has deposited the financial compensation for all eligible consumers in Shroura Governorate, in accordance with the Guaranteed Electricity Service Standards Manual, automatically and without the need to submit a complaint or claim by the consumers, and within the time period (10 days) previously determined by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Authority issued on 8/1/1446 AH corresponding to 14/7/2024 AD.
This comes as a continuation of what was previously decided by the Board of Directors of the Authority on 8/1/1/1446 AH corresponding to 14/7/2024 AD. This comes as a continuation of the measures taken, and in implementation of the directives of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority Electricity in response to the outage that occurred in Shroura Governorate on Friday 6/1/1446 AH corresponding to 12/7/2024 AD, which affected all consumers in the governorate.
The Authority confirmed that it has taken action to restore the electric service in Shroura Governorate. The Authority emphasized that what it has done and is doing on this issue comes within its continuous efforts to improve the electrical services provided to consumers and to protect their rights.
The Saudi Regulatory Authority for Electricity Regulation (SRA) called on all consumers to protect their rights. The Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority (SERA) invited all consumers to contact it in case of any complaint or inquiry, through its communication channels, or through its website (sera.gov.sa).
The Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority (SERA) has been working on this issue as part of its continuous efforts to improve the electrical services provided to consumers and to protect their rights.
