<The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing announced updating the requirements for collective housing for individuals, with the aim of improving the quality of life in the residential environment. According to the ministry, the requirements and classifications are as follows:

Highlights of group housing requirements:

  1. License Issuance Requirements: Includes the procedures and documents needed to obtain a license.
  2. Spatial Requirements: Specifies the locations where the construction of dwellings, apartment complexes and mobile cabins is permitted.
  3. Additional Activity Requirements: Includes activities and services that can be provided in group housing.
  4. Additional Activity Requirements.
  5. Technical requirements: Relates to construction, equipment, and engineering standards.

Categories of group housing:

  1. Residential Building: Consists of multiple residential units with facilities and services, with a height not exceeding 23 meters.
  2. Residential Complex: A group of independent buildings (buildings-villas) surrounded by an external fence and security gates.
  3. Mobile cabins: Relocatable temporary housing units, used in projects.

The updated requirements aim to improve the residential environment, raise the quality of life, reduce visual distortion, regulate the establishment and operation of collective housing, as well as enhance investor compliance.
