The Real Estate Registry has obtained the ISO/IEC 20000 quality certification for information technology service management systems, from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), affirming the Land Registry’s application of the best international standards in effectively delivering digital services to meet the needs of users of the Land Registry platform.
This certification embodies the commitment of the Real Estate Registry to providing highly efficient digital services that enhance reliability and transparency in the real estate sector, and contribute to achieving sustainability and growth in the real estate ecosystem through the development of an integrated digital infrastructure and the provision of technology-enhanced services and innovative solutions that facilitate the experience of property owners and investors in managing their properties.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Suleiman, CEO of the Real Estate Registry, explained, that since its establishment, the Real Estate Registry has focused on adopting and utilizing technological solutions to achieve its ambitious vision of developing real estate wealth by digitizing procedures and providing a unified source of real estate information and data, This is achieved through the Real Estate Registry platform, through which properties are currently registered and title deeds are issued—documents that include all key information about the property. The ISO/IEC 20000 Quality Certification for Information Technology Service Management Systems provides guidance on how to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure internal and external compliance, thereby meeting the requirements for certification.
