49 thousand residential leases in Abu Dhabi during the first half of 2024

<Data from the Statistics Center Abu Dhabi revealed that the total number of documented contracts for residential rentals during the first half of this year in the emirate reached 49,135 documented contracts. The data showed that documented rental contracts recorded an annual growth of 102%, an increase of 24.8 thousand contracts in a year. Abu Dhabi recorded 43,985 documented leases, a growth of 104.9%, Al Ain city achieved a growth of 77%, after recording 4819 leases in 2024, while Al Dhafra region during the first half of this year reached 331 leases.

June witnessed the second largest year-on-year growth in documented contracts after March, which achieved a growth of 2.9%, as 8162 documented leases were registered across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in June, a growth rate of 2.7%.
