Eligibility Requirements for Housing Support

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing had previously established the eligibility requirements for housing support, which are as follows:

• The applicant must be a Saudi national.
• The applicant must not be benefiting from other support programs provided by the Saudi government.
• The applicant must not have received housing support before.
• The applicant must be at least 25 years old.
• All documents proving eligibility for the subsidy must be submitted.
• Neither the applicant nor any member of their family may own a home registered in their name.

• You will need to wait for your application to be reviewed to determine your eligibility. Your application will be forwarded to the Housing Authority, which will contact you to complete the remaining procedures.
