”SAP selects 34 graduates to develop their skills in the Future Managers Program

As part of its annual graduate development program (Future Managers) for 2015, SABB has selected 34 Saudi graduates from various Saudi universities and graduates of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Programs, to train them through a package of theoretical lectures and practical applications as well as on-the-job training, teaching the trainees a set of banking and leadership skills provided by a group of international training institutes.

The SABB Graduate Development Program (Future Managers) comes as a major initiative of SABB. The SABB Graduate Development Program (Future Managers) comes as a key initiative of the bank's annual initiatives, based on its commitment to invest in the development of national human resources with the aim of honing their skills to assume important leadership positions in the bank in the future. Candidates undergo an integrated development program that aims to provide them with direct skills in many banking operations and activities, including administrative and leadership tasks leading to career development for advanced leadership positions.

SABB's Graduate Development Program (GDP) is one of the key initiatives launched annually by the bank, as part of its commitment to invest in the development of national human cadres to enhance their skills to assume important leadership positions in the bank in the future.
