Government authorities have called on tenants of the land on which Al-Fursan Suburb Project being implemented by the National Housing Company in Riyadh, to vacate all stables in preparation for their removal, giving them about four months to complete the process by the end of December this year, as they occupy a quarter of the project’s area, which is located northeast of Riyadh.
Al-Fursan Suburb is the largest urban suburb in the Middle East. It was designed to offer an integrated urban living system in line with Saudi Vision 2030, featuring new standards and a sustainable urban environment. The project spans an area of 35 million square meters, providing more than 50,000 residential units capable of accommodating over 250,000 residents, and features more than 190 vital facilities ranging from educational, health, sports, and recreational facilities and services, in addition to parks, mosques, and places of worship.
