More than SAR 13 billion in sales by National Housing and its partners during the first half of 2024

National Housing Company (NHC) achieved a significant rise in residential sales during the first half of 2024, with total sales reaching SAR 13.5 billion, surpassing last year's performance by four times for the same period, with more than 13,000 residential units sold. This achievement reflects the company's continuous efforts to meet the needs of citizens in various regions of the Kingdom, while providing an integrated urban environment that contributes to improving the quality of life.

The central region, particularly the capital Riyadh, achieved the highest sales rate, with Khuzam, Al Fursan and Al Asala communities, in addition to Dana Al Mashriqiya, recording sales of 7,000 residential units worth SAR 8 billion, reflecting the high demand for new projects in Riyadh.

<In Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, real estate projects saw a significant rise in sales, with 4,799 units sold during the first half of 2024, compared to 2,500 units in the same period of the previous year. This growth was driven by new launches in the region, which included projects such as Sadeem Suburb, Makkah Gate Suburb, and Al Saddan Community.
