The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing announced the launch of the fifth edition of the Real Estate Development Transformation and Empowerment Program this September.
According to the ministry, the program is titled "From Empowerment to Sustainability and Innovation." It targets contractors, real estate developers, real estate brokerage firms, engineering firms, and entrepreneurs, offering a variety of programs tailored to each group.
