His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqil today, the Al-Rahiq residential project in Baljurashi Governorate, as part of his current visit to the Al-Baha region.

During his tour, His Excellency listened to a briefing from the Secretary of Al-Baha Region, Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al-Sawat, on the progress and completion status of the project, which has reached 100%, with 802 plots of land made available at a cost exceeding 46 million riyals. The construction completion rate within the project stood at 61%. The project includes 4 parks, 6 mosques, and an investment site.

Minister Al-Hogail praised the progress of work on housing projects in Baljurashi Governorate, emphasizing the Ministry’s ongoing monitoring of project completion rates and verification of their progress to ensure proper implementation, as part of efforts to facilitate home ownership for Saudi families and increase the homeownership rate in line with the targets of the Housing Program—one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
