The Jazan Regional Municipality removed, 13,502 cubic meters of construction and demolition waste in Abu Arish Governorate, as part of its efforts to monitor and address visual disturbances, improve the urban landscape and quality of life, and promote awareness and civic behavior regarding the importance of preserving the environment and protecting public facilities in the governorate and its affiliated villages.

The Mayor of Abu Arish, Engineer Ahmed Hakami, explained that field teams removed and dismantled 56 concrete barriers, fenced off 220 meters of buildings under construction, and repaired 560 streetlights.
