The Tabuk Region Secretariat, represented by the Planning and Programs Agency, has concluded contracts for development projects in infrastructure and services, with a total value of 383,297,731.64 riyals since the beginning of 2024.
The Deputy Secretary-General for Planning and Programs, Musfir bin Awad Al-Qahtani, explained that the value of operation and maintenance projects for the Secretariat and its affiliated municipalities exceeded 204,593,477.74 riyals, including public transportation operations, road and street lighting maintenance, preventive maintenance, sanitation, and environmental health projects, while the value of infrastructure construction projects exceeded 178,704,253.90 riyals, including a project to build infrastructure for bus stops, road paving projects, flood prevention projects, and the procurement of equipment for the Secretariat and affiliated municipalities.
He noted that this is part of the Tabuk Region Municipality’s efforts to improve the level of services provided to citizens and residents and to develop the region’s infrastructure, in light of the comprehensive development boom the Kingdom is witnessing, which benefits the nation, its citizens, and its residents.
