The Eastern Chamber represented by the Business Council in Al Khafji Governorate organized today a workshop to introduce the services and programs of Real Estate Development at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with the participation of the Director of Real Estate Development Department in Housing Affairs in Sharqiya, Engineer Amin Al Suwaidi, and the Supervisor of Real Estate Development Programs, Majid Al Rasasi.

Engineer Al-Suwaidi explained that the program has achieved a direct impact by improving the level of internal operations of real estate developers, increasing the number of real estate developers by successfully converting contractors and other companies and raising the efficiency of real estate developers in the Kingdom, in addition to the indirect impact of the program represented by increasing the number of housing units in the real estate sector.

For his part, Engineer Amin Al-Suwaidi presented the supervisor of real estate development programs, Majid Al-Rasasi.

Rasasi introduced the Real Estate Stimulus Initiative, which aims to stimulate the real estate supply by creating investment opportunities to motivate the local and foreign private sector to invest in them, assess development solutions around them, and motivate landowners to develop their land with all its uses.

For his part, Rasasasi provided a definition of the Real Estate Stimulus Initiative.
