The National Housing Company (NHC) announced that reservations for the “Sana Al-Jubail” project, located north of the capital Riyadh, were fully booked in less than half an hour after its launch, The project was met with widespread interest, with more than 15,000 reservation requests registered for the villas on offer, reflecting the significant and growing demand for the company’s urban and sustainable projects, which are developed in partnership with Arwaqa Investment and Development.

The project spans an area of more than 52,000 square meters, offering a diverse range of villas tailored to the needs of various segments of society, The Sana Al-Jubail project is also distinguished by its modern design, inspired by Najdi architecture, and its prime location, making it an ideal choice for those seeking comfortable housing.
