Baha Municipality has issued 1478 building compliance certificates on targeted and non-targeted roads and axes.
The Municipality of Al-Baha Region has issued 1478 building compliance certificates . Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Sowat, the Provincial Secretary, explained that the Municipality continues through its sub-municipalities to receive requests to issue building compliance certificate located within the targeted roads and streets, after correcting their situation quickly, to ensure that the owners of these commercial buildings are committed to ensuring that their buildings are free of visual distortion elements; providing a healthy and sustainable urban environment, and improving the urban scene in the city to improve the quality of life in various areas and neighborhoods.
The Secretary pointed out that the Municipality continues to receive requests for issuing building compliance certificate. He pointed out that the Municipality launched three initiatives to address visual distortions on roads and main axes, and in tourist sites, and an initiative to remove graffiti, where more than 800 observations were addressed within the work of these initiatives, and at the supervisory level, more than 2800 observations of the spread of elements of visual distortion were addressed, while the achievement of service agencies from the members of the Executive Committee reached 381 observations.
Dr. Al-Swat pointed out that the Municipality launched three initiatives to address visual distortions on roads and main axes, and in tourist sites, and an initiative to remove graffiti. <Dr. Al-Sowat said that the achievements of the Municipality in addressing visual deformation observations and reports for the third quarter of 2024 to date amounted to about 7242 observations and reports within the framework of the program of the National Plan to Address Visual Deformation.
