The Salman bin Abdullah bin Saidan Real Estate Group is preparing to offer the Yarmouk Residential and Commercial Development in Al-Kharj at the first real estate auction to be held in the coming Hijri year, for the Al-Yarmouk Residential and Commercial Project, owned and developed by the Abdulrahman Saad Al-Rashid Group, on Friday, 17 Muharram 1437 AH, corresponding to October 30 of this year.

The project comprises 1,600 residential and commercial lots spread across 90 blocks. The development is distinguished by its location adjacent to the air base; it includes a number of residential projects (villas) currently under construction, a large mosque, and its proximity to several existing residential neighborhoods as well as the new sports stadium project.

Salman bin Abdullah bin Saidan expressed his delight after signing the agreement with Sulaiman bin Abdulrahman Saad Al-Rashid, stating: “This agreement is part of the Group’s programs for marketing real estate projects, in accordance with the mechanism we believe best suits the nature of the project. This includes sales through real estate auctions, which have become one of the most important sales methods today—so much so that they are now adopted by government sectors—in addition to other methods we prioritize. However, auctions are distinguished by the features of direct purchase and immediate transfer of title.

Regarding the prices of the lots, Ibn Saidan said, “We expect them to be affordable for everyone,” noting the Group’s ability to organize and manage auctions, based on its previous experience in real estate marketing and auction management—such as those held in Riyadh, Buraydah, Al-Mazahmiyah, Al-Kharj, and Jazan.
