Hail Municipality - during the third quarter of this year - offered 18 investment opportunities, as part of its continuous endeavor to promote economic development and enable the private sector to contribute to improving the quality of services provided and infrastructure development in the city.
The opportunities offered included one opportunity to develop the Mada'in residential scheme, establish a commercial complex, establish two educational complexes to support the educational sector, develop two existing buildings to improve their use and provide various services to the community, establish an educational institute specialized in providing vocational training and education, one opportunity for industrial development, one opportunity to establish and operate a car maintenance center, one billboard, 3 pedestrian bridges aimed at improving pedestrian movement and safety, a new commercial residential project, and 4 opportunities for a mixed-use project combining different activities, which contributes to enhancing urban integration, and achieving a variety of services and infrastructure development in the city.
