<The Pickup and Delivery Service provides a legal and regulatory framework that guarantees the rights of all parties and minimizes potential disputes about the condition of the property when moving between the lessor and the tenant. It also enables the parties to the rental process to document the status of the housing unit upon receipt and delivery so that it is linked to the contract documented in Ejar, through electronic forms that are filled out and agreed upon by the contracting parties within seven days at the beginning and end of the contract.
