Taqeem said in a statement that in reference to the administrative decision No. (525) dated 15/1/1446 AH corresponding to 21/7/2024 AD, regarding the adoption of the rules governing the provision of real estate valuation services to financing entities through the Qeem platform scheduled to start its application on November 1, 2024 AD, and given the current period of development and modernization in the registration and linking processes with the platform, and the keenness of the Saudi Commission for Certified Valuers (SACV) To achieve effective linkage with the platform and reflect its requirements in the systems of financing entities and valuation facilities, and to ensure the regularity of the workflow for the relevant parties, it was decided to extend the technical linkage period with the Qayyim electronic platform, as this extension comes to enable the relevant parties to complete the registration and technical linkage processes, in continuation of the Authority's efforts to develop the Qayyim platform and achieve its developmental and organizational goals.
The stages of launching the Qayyem platform will be as follows:
The first phase:
The stage of completing the processes of linking with the platform, testing systems, registering financing entities and valuation facilities in the platform, and conducting the necessary technical tests during the following period.

Start the trial launch of the platform and test the implementation of evaluation processes through it from 2025/1/1

The official launch of the platform and the exclusivity of the assessment work on the platform by 31/3/2025.
