Harimla: Abdullah Al-Salih: On the evening of Friday 13 Jumada I 1446 AH / November 15, 2024 AD, the Diwaniyah meeting of Real Estate Brokers was held in the city of Harimla at the farm of Saad bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, may Allah have mercy on him, under the hospitality of Professor Abdulrahman bin Saad Al-Dawood.
The meeting witnessed a remarkable attendance of real estate brokers and those interested in real estate affairs under the hospitality of His Excellency Mr. Tayseer Al-Mafraj, the official spokesperson of the General Authority for Real Estate, who started the meeting with a comprehensive speech in which he explained the latest developments of real estate regulations and legislation, and the importance of holding such meetings and exchanging opinions and advice in real estate affairs and benefiting from the various experiences in this field, which increases knowledge of real estate affairs and how to avoid violations of the regulations that some brokers may fall into.

The meeting came under the supervision and organization of Professor Abdulrahman bin Saad Al Dawood, Professor Abdullah Al Ayash and Professor Sultan bin Hamad, and under the sponsorship and support of Dell App, TAMAM Real Estate, SEMA Home Real Estate, Real Estate Housing Incubator, Al Tayyar Real Estate and Madaweela Real Estate Company.
The supervisor of the organization, Mr. Sultan Hamad, disclosed that the Diwaniya intends to start studying the establishment of a special association for real estate brokers concerned with real estate brokerage, organizing the affairs of brokers, empowering them and supporting them in their field of work in cooperation with the Dell application, and the results of the study and the date of establishment will be announced in the nearest real estate meeting, God willing.
