The Ministry of Housing plans to consider reviewing the decision to exclude applicants for housing support programs who have resided outside the Kingdom for more than 90 days as of the application date, The Ministry of Housing recently clarified that applications submitted through the Housing Support Portal (Iskan) by applicants who have been outside the Kingdom for more than 90 days have been put on hold until they can provide proof of the reasons for their stay abroad.
According to media sources, the total number of applicants affected by this situation is 11,311, The Ministry emphasized that those who received messages stating that their applications were rejected must clarify the reasons for their presence abroad by using the “Appeal” icon available on the “Iskan” portal.
