In a step considered the most important step in the partnership between the Ministry of Housing and the private sector, Al-Hakimiya Real Estate Development Company has completed the sale of all its housing units agreed upon for implementation, totaling 888 housing units during the housing units marketing exhibition held by the Ministry of Housing in the Eastern Province, through which it worked to sell housing units to interested citizens entitled to housing support; after viewing the products of the real estate development companies participating in the exhibition, which won the development of Dammam and Qatif projects.
“Al Hakimiyah” was able to acquire about 39% of the total contracts signed during the Sharqiya exhibition. “Al Hakimiyah Housing” is located on the western side of the city of Dammam on the Dammam-Riyadh highway and is a closed, full-service residential complex that includes an integrated security system with special facilities such as children's playgrounds, running track, bicycle track, sports fields, private garden, outdoor sessions, and visitor parking lots.
The partnership program with the Ministry of Housing has achieved great success, both through the efforts made by the Ministry and those made by the real estate development companies participating in the program. “It was a beautiful experience and the companies found great cooperation from the Ministry reflected on the speed of marketing and selling the housing units approved by the companies, and we are waiting for the completion of procedures to start implementing the units, which will be an addition to the housing sector in the Kingdom and will meet the needs of housing seekers according to the highest technical and architectural specifications and create an attractive and upscale residential environment.”
<It is worth mentioning that each building in the complex consists of six floors and a ground floor for services that contains (shaded parking for each housing unit) and is served by two elevators in addition to fire escapes and a waste disposal system on each floor, while the residential unit consists of 9 rooms with a net area of 201 m2 (208.5 m2 with storage), and most residential units overlook the gardens of the complex. The company has used all high-quality construction materials with warranties ranging from one to five years, and provides after-sales services for five years, including guarding, cleaning, and maintenance of common facilities such as gardens, elevators, external lighting, and entrances, and during the first year it also provided a comprehensive warranty for the residential unit.
