With a large turnout from government sectors and private-sector real estate and financial companies, and broad participation from real estate development and investment firms, local banks, financing companies, and a select group of Gulf and international real estate companies licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the ”Eastern Province Real Estate, Housing, and Urban Development Exhibition – Restatex Eastern Province Real Estate” kicks off under the patronage of Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province.

On this occasion, Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of the exhibition—which will hold its second edition from October 26 through October 29—stated: “The honor bestowed upon the exhibition by His Royal Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province and his patronage of its events since the exhibition’s launch in the Eastern Province a year ago underscores His Highness’s continued commitment to supporting and promoting economic events of significant value in terms of the region’s achievements, development projects, and investments—including pioneering real estate and housing investment projects participating in this year’s exhibition. The event has become the most important annual gathering on the agenda of real estate sector leaders in the Eastern Province, and this year’s activities feature distinctive participations, projects, and presentations that visitors to the exhibition will discover, God willing God willing.

Al-Faraj praised the support and backing provided by the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce (the strategic partner) for the exhibition—represented by its Board of Directors, General Secretariat, and Real Estate Committee—as well as its support for and organization of the accompanying scientific forum, emphasizing that the participation and sponsorship of leading real estate, housing, and tourism companies from the Eastern Province are the greatest source of support for this exhibition, in addition to the participation of major real estate companies from other regions of the Kingdom and from sister Gulf countries, as well as real estate finance companies and banks.

It is worth noting that the exhibition is co-organized by Dhahran International Exhibitions Company in Al-Khobar, which has allocated the entire available exhibition space at the Dhahran International Exhibition Center—estimated at approximately 8,000 square meters—to the participating companies.
