Saudi Commission for Certified Valuers holds a ceremony to honor the fellowship certificate holders

Under the patronage of Minister of Finance Mohammed Al-Jadaan, 565 appraisers were honored for completing the requirements of the fellowship certificate in the branches of appraisal.

The Saudi Authority for Certified Appraisers “Taqeem,” held a ceremony yesterday to honor 565 appraisers who received the Taqeem Fellowship Certificate, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Finance; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Authority for Certified Appraisers “Taqeem,” Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, in the presence of a number of Their Excellencies and officials.

This recognition is intended to support appraisers who have fulfilled the requirements for the Fellowship Certificate in various fields, such as real estate appraisal, economic facility appraisal, machinery and equipment appraisal, and vehicle damage appraisal.

The Authority’s CEO, Engineer Faisal bin Badr Al-Mandeel, explained that since its establishment, “Taqeem” has taken upon itself the responsibility of developing the valuation profession, enhancing its standing, and making it one of the most important pillars supporting the national economy. It is worth noting that the Authority has focused on the necessary training and qualification as a fundamental pillar in building outstanding competencies, through the training curricula it has prepared and developed, and training courses that have benefited more than 50,000 trainees across more than 2,700 training sessions.

It is worth noting that the Fellowship Certificate offered by “Taqeem” is considered the highest professional certification in the field of assessment, as it combines scientific knowledge with practical experience and requires the completion of training programs and the accumulation of practical experience hours, reflecting the commitment of its recipients to applying best professional practices.
