REITs' assets hit SAR 29.263 billion by the end of the third quarter

The asset value of local and foreign public investment funds in the Saudi Stock Exchange recorded an annual growth of 37%, an increase of nearly 43 billion riyals by the end of the third quarter of 2024, to reach 160,087 billion riyals, compared to 117,117 billion riyals for the same period of 2023.

This growth was supported by the rise in local investment assets, which achieved an annual growth of 42%, an increase of SAR 39.598 billion, to reach a total of SAR 134.431 billion, representing 84% of the overall total value of assets.
