<To ensure an efficient and transparent process, the Authority requires the submission of a property lease application along with all required funds and approvals. The application must contain:

The required duration and technical and security specifications. <The Authority will study the requests in coordination with other government agencies to avoid competition and achieve efficiency, and will issue its decision within a period not exceeding 15 working days, with the possibility of extending the period once. In case of rejection, the reasons shall be clearly attached.

Contract terms and duration

<The Authority has specified that the duration of the contracts shall not exceed 5 years, with the possibility of automatic renewal for similar periods, not exceeding 20 years in total. Non-renewal must be notified 60 days prior to the end of the contract, subject to the laws of the host country. Contracts are paid in equal annual installments or in accordance with the terms of the contract.
