<He added that the electronic operations provided to beneficiaries in 2024 included: 2.9 million operations through more than 30 available e-services, 5.2 million electronic operations in partnership with the housing system and financing entities, 1.9 million operations through the portal, about 980 thousand electronic operations through branches, 200 thousand operations through the beneficiary care account, and one million electronic operations through the unified call center.
He added that the electronic operations provided to beneficiaries in 2024 included: 2.9 million operations through more than 30 available e-services. The electronic services provided by the Real Estate Development Fund to beneficiaries are characterized by flexibility, speed and accuracy in implementation, and come in the context of its contribution to facilitate the beneficiary's journey to obtain housing by automating the services provided with high quality without the need to visit branches, and maximizing the use of financing and housing solutions electronically, to achieve the objectives of the housing program - one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 - by providing opportunities to own suitable housing for Saudi families.
It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) received the National Enterprise Architecture Accreditation Certificate from the Digital Government Authority as part of the results of the 2024 Digital Transformation Benchmarking Index, in order to apply the best standards and frameworks for enterprise architecture in accordance with the standards of the national methodology in digital transformation.
