The year 2024 saw "NHC" and its partners concluded more than 25,800 sales contracts, surpassing the performance of previous years; this confirms the strong demand for the urban destinations the company develops in its projects spread across more than 18 cities throughout the Kingdom, which highlights its success in meeting the growing demand across various regions of the Kingdom.

It is worth noting that NHC is a leader in the real estate development sector for urban destinations in the region characterized by quality of life. The company also works to increase the real estate supply in the Kingdom, and providing diverse housing options at prices commensurate with purchasing power, as part of its efforts to achieve the goals of the Housing Program—one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030—by raising the home ownership rate for Saudi families to 70%.
