Sales on the first day of the «Jawharat Al-Kharj» project—the first project in the Kingdom to be sold off-plan with approval from the Ministry of Commerce—exceeded 67 million, with the units—both commercial and residential—distributed across the first phase of the development, located north of Al-Kharj, which spans more than four million square meters.

The project is distinguished by its unique design and urban planning, its vast area, and a qualitative leap in housing and investment opportunities for the residents of Al-Kharj. The project is crisscrossed by 40-meter-wide main streets running east-west and north-south, lined with commercial stores and administrative offices, It is also located across from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University on the northern side.

Screens provided by the project’s sales department were used for sales and presentations, allowing buyers to view the properties. The area designated for receiving buyers was equipped with tables and chairs arranged around a giant screen displaying the project, Orders are recorded and sales transactions are completed by a number of sales representatives present at the showroom..

It is worth noting that all contracts are supervised by the Ministry of Commerce, and the implementation of the project’s development phases is carried out by an engineering supervision office accredited by the Ministry. Furthermore, the contracts are overseen by a legal and accounting office accredited by the Ministry.
