His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Jazan Region, the opening ceremony of the “Construction andReal Estate Development“ organized by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the Jazan Chamber of Commerce and the Distinguished Services Foundation for Exhibition and Conference Organization, from April 23–25 at the Grand Millennium Jazan Hotel.
The exhibition serves as a specialized platform bringing together real estate sector leaders, investors, and decision-makers, thereby contributing to the promotion of urban development in the region, It aims to showcase promising investment and real estate opportunities, while providing an ideal environment for the exchange of expertise among government agencies, real estate development companies, and financial, legal, engineering, and accounting institutions, as well as those interested in the construction sector.
The exhibition features numerous specialized seminars and workshops with the participation of a select group of experts and specialists to discuss the most prominent issues and challenges in the fields of construction and real estate development, and to showcase the latest solutions and successful experiences in the sector.
