The construction sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is experiencing unprecedented growth, driven by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and its portfolio of massive and mega projects valued at $1.7 trillion. In line with this rapid expansion, the 13th edition of “Big 5 Construct Saudi 2025,“ organized by DMG Events and supported by the Saudi Contractors Authority, will feature a dynamic two-week schedule running from February 15–18 and February 24–27 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Convention Center.
Ahead of the event, DMG Events hosted a press conference to highlight how the expanded format will address the growing demand and expanding opportunities in the construction sector.
Speaking on the sidelines of the press conference, which highlighted the two-week run of The Big 5 Construct Saudi, Abdulmajeed Al-Rashoudi, Secretary General of the Saudi Contractors Authority, said: ”The construction sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia lies at the heart of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Speaking at the press conference, Matt Dinton, President of DMG Events, said: ”The construction sector in Saudi Arabia is experiencing significant growth driven by a boom in large-scale and mega-projects, and The Big 5 Construct Saudi serves as a key platform to facilitate trade, investment, and cross-sector collaboration. The Big 5 Construct Saudi exhibition will bring together more than 2,000 exhibitors from over 60 countries to showcase the latest products, services, systems, and solutions over the course of two weeks, including Hussein and Hassan Shaker, Kareer, Hayr & Hayr, SKM, Zamil, Masdar, CBC, Baniya, Shoko, and other companies over the course of two weeks.
The first week of the Big 5 Construct Saudi exhibition (February 15–18) will lay the foundation for future construction projects in the Kingdom. The focus will be on key sectors such as building materials, construction machinery, concrete, off-site construction, ventilation and air conditioning, research, electrical and mechanical engineering, and technology. Heavy Saudi, Totally Concrete Saudi, and HVAC R Saudi will be co-located events.
From February 24 to 27, 2025, the second week of the Saudi Big 5 Construct exhibition will shift its focus to the finishing touches that complete construction projects. Key sectors such as building facades, windows, urban design, marble and stone, hospital design and construction, and facilities management will take center stage, with co-located events including the Windows, Doors and Facades, the Marble and Stone Saudi Arabia Expo, the Urban Design & Landscape Saudi Arabia Expo, the Saudi Hospital Design & Build Expo, and the Saudi FM & Clean Expo, which offer specialized solutions for the evolving needs of the construction industry.
