The Roshan Group has launched sales of a new collection of 403 residential units in the Sidra community located north of Riyadh.

The first tranche includes 727 residential units of single-family units in different models, with designs inspired by the urban style of Makkah, blending traditional architectural features and authentic decorations with modern modern touches; to offer a distinctive residential destination that embodies the authenticity of the region.

The first tranche was allocated to Al Manar, its first residential community. More than 18 % of the community space is dedicated to parks, green and open spaces, combining a healthy lifestyle with easy access through dedicated walking and bicycle paths, mosques, commercial centers and schools.
