The Director General of Strategic Communications and Official Spokesperson for the General Real Estate Authority Taysir bin Mohammed Al-Mufarraj, that the Kingdom holds a prominent economic position on the global stage and is considered one of the largest real estate markets in the region.
Al-Mufarraj made these remarks in a speech following the opening of the Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2025, which kicked off today and runs through February 20, with broad participation from major real estate companies and developers, who are showcasing the latest real estate products and services to meet Saudi families“ aspirations for homeownership, as well as real estate brokers, marketers, financing institutions, and investors.
A spokesperson for the Real Estate Authority noted that real estate exhibitions play an important role in marketing and promoting real estate investments and in supporting efforts to diversify investment sources, which is one of the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
He noted that real estate exhibitions help increase competitiveness, diversify real estate offerings, provide beneficiaries with multiple options, and facilitate the exchange of expertise between interested parties and specialists through accompanying sessions and workshops.
He emphasized that the General Real Estate Authority will continue its efforts, in collaboration with its partners, to build an effective real estate ecosystem that improves market regulation, develop services, and implement integrated systems based on scientific and practical foundations that keep pace with the comprehensive renaissance the Kingdom is witnessing under wise leadership and an ambitious vision
