<According to Municipalities and Housing, the first phase of the service includes qualifying engineering offices for: (issuing construction licenses, issuing commercial licenses, supervising the issuance of construction licenses, supervising excavations, issuing collective housing licenses for individuals).
The Ministry seeks to organize the work of engineering offices and municipal service providers by allowing qualified offices to display their projects and expertise through the Baladi Business platform, which will be available to all beneficiaries, with the aim of increasing the fairness of competition between all categories of qualified engineering offices, according to: (qualification category, type of projects that the establishment can work on), to provide more reliability in qualified engineering offices and raise the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
The Ministry welcomed the qualified engineering offices to the Ministry.
The Ministry invited the classified engineering offices and consulting companies to apply for qualification through Baladi Business platform during the corrective period, which starts from the launch of the service in February 2025 until the end of July 2025, to ensure the continuity of their business and enable them to provide their services to beneficiaries through the platform.
