This agreement comes as an extension of a previous agreement between the two parties that includes providing housing solutions for 1000 families, in order to enhance housing empowerment efforts and support the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in raising the rate of home ownership for citizens.

Hamidi stressed that this agreement comes within the bank's efforts to strengthen strategic partnerships that contribute to providing sustainable financing solutions. He said: “We at the Social Development Bank are keen to harness our capabilities to support the most vulnerable groups and enable them to access adequate housing, based on our belief that housing stability is one of the key enablers to enhance the quality of life and achieve the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in raising the percentage of home ownership among citizens.”
