Announced The Najran Region Secretariat has offered an investment opportunity to the private sector in the field of commercial activities, involving the construction, operation, and management of a commercial complex in Sharurah Governorate, under a 25-year contract.

The Secretariat clarified that the investment opportunity being offered covers an area of 37,919 square meters, noting that the deadline for submitting bids is April 30 of this year.

It stated that investors and entrepreneurs wishing to compete can view the investment opportunity and competition details through the Municipal Investment Portal “Fursat,” explaining that this initiative is part of the Secretariat’s investment programs aimed at promoting economic growth and meeting the community’s need to develop services that contribute to strengthening the investment environment.
