Observers attributed this turnout to the development and real estate revolution witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general and Riyadh city in particular, where the value of development projects is more than 3 trillion riyals, including 420 billion in the Riyadh region, which is a strong indicator of the strength of the Saudi market in the region, which made the exhibition attractive to companies and individuals to learn what is new in the world of construction, as well as the presence of dozens of competitive options under one roof.
It is noteworthy that the exhibition this year attracted more than 19 countries and 17 national pavilions offering their services over four days from 13 to 16 Muharram 1437 AH at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.
