Under the supervision of the Enforcement and Liquidation Center “Enfaaz” and by order of the Enforcement Court, Afkar International Real Estate Services announced the launch of a number of investment opportunities and distinctive real estate assets through the organization of an auction “Bashair Jazan” online auction via the Mubasher auction platform. The auction will begin on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. and will end on Tuesday, May 6, from 7:33 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The auction features eleven properties ranging from residential and commercial land to buildings of various sizes in strategic, income-generating locations in the city of Jazan. On this occasion, “Afkar International Real Estate Services” invited businesspeople, investors, and interested parties to participate. The company noted that the properties on offer are well-suited for diverse investment opportunities, particularly as the Jazan region is experiencing increasing growth in real estate development due to its ability to attract significant development investments.
The company has set a number of conditions for participating in the auction, including payment of the specified participation fee for each asset offered through the online auction platform, and invited prospective buyers to inspect the properties during the announcement period.
