NHC signed a memorandum of understanding with the U.S. company “K. Hofenian M.E.” to develop a range of residential and commercial projects within its urban destinations, on the sidelines of the Saudi-American Investment Forum, which was held in Riyadh.
NHC was represented at the signing by the company’s CEO, Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, and by Tyler Lewis on behalf of the U.S. company “K. Hofenian, M.E.”, The memorandum follows the visit of His Excellency Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, to the United States, demonstrating the continuity of cooperation and the development of investment partnerships between the two sides.
The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation between the two parties, provide an attractive investment environment, develop residential and commercial projects to international standards, and implement them in NHC Al-Omraniyah, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Housing Program’s objectives—one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030—by providing integrated housing solutions that enhance quality of life.
