Enforcement Center announced the holding of 19 public auctions, both in-person and electronic, to liquidate and sell 157 assets in 7 regions of the Kingdom, during the period from 1 to 15 June 2025.
The center explained that the auctions are held in different regions of the Kingdom, where 6 auctions are organized in the Riyadh region to offer 68 properties, 2 auctions in the Makkah region to offer 15 properties, an auction in the Medina region to offer 6 properties, 4 auctions in the Qassim region to offer 33 assets, 2 auctions in the Eastern region to offer 8 opportunities, 2 auctions in the Tabuk region to offer 6 opportunities, and finally 2 auctions in the Asir region to offer 21 assets.
