Roshen Group—a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund—has launched sales for its new community “Al-Dana” in Dhahran, which includes more than 1,000 residential units designed to the highest standards, within an integrated community that will provide more than 2,000 residential units upon completion.
In the “Al-Dana” project, the Group offers a variety of residential layouts consistent with the standards of “Roshen Group” communities, with two distinctive facades for residential units, including duplexes and villas. Visitors can experience the new lifestyle at “Al-Dana” by touring the model units at the sales center.
The units in the “Al Dana” community are distinguished by their modern designs and innovative technologies that ensure high energy efficiency and resident well-being. They are specifically designed to provide a healthy and active lifestyle within a vibrant environment that meets the aspirations of the entire family, as the project features a variety of amenities such as mosques, shopping centers, retail stores, and commercial areas, in addition to schools, all located just steps away from the residential units. The project also allocates more than 145,000 square meters to green spaces, with tree-shaded pedestrian sidewalks along “vibrant streets” to connect residents with nature.
The acting CEO of the Roushan Dr. Khalid Jowhar noted that with the launch of sales for the first phase of units, the group continues to make further progress in developing Al Dana Community following the laying of the community’s cornerstone, in a move that underscores the project’s status and its distinction through its location and designs inspired by the region’s heritage, along with its integrated amenities and expansive green spaces, reflecting a commitment to developing vibrant destinations that enhance quality of life and contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Residents benefit from the community management system provided by “Roshon Group,” which includes maintenance and periodic services for public facilities via the community app. This integrated service system helps maintain the beauty and security of public areas.
