Jazan Municipality, represented by the municipality of Farsan Islands, has completed (16) municipal projects at a total cost of (340) million riyals, including municipal, housing and investment projects to develop infrastructure and raise the quality of municipal services in the governorate.

The projects included (8) municipal projects worth (40) million riyals, including asphalting, cleaning and city operation projects, in addition to (3) housing projects worth (280) million riyals to develop three municipalities in the governorate. The completed projects included the implementation of (8) municipal projects worth (40) million riyals, including asphalting, cleaning and city operation projects, in addition to (3) housing projects worth (280) million riyals to develop three housing schemes with 1711 plots, and (4) investment projects worth (35) million riyals, including the establishment of two petroleum services complexes and two concrete and block factories.

The implementation of (8) municipal projects worth (40) million riyals, including asphalt, cleanliness and city operation projects, as well as (3) housing projects costing (280) million riyals to develop three housing schemes comprising (1711) plots. The implementation of 11 ongoing projects worth (130) million riyals, including (8) municipal projects worth (63) million riyals, a developmental housing project with (92) housing units worth (40) million riyals, in addition to the implementation of the Farasan Investment Hotel project worth (12) million riyals and a commercial mall worth (15) million riyals, as part of the Municipality's efforts to promote comprehensive development and achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

These projects are currently underway in addition to the implementation of the Farasan Investment Hotel project worth (12) million riyals and a commercial mall costing (15) million riyals.
