Organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at), is organizing Real Estate and Contracting Week, with the participation of a number of government and private entities, from June 29 to July 3, at the Enterprise Support Centers in the cities of Riyadh and Madinah, and the provinces of Jeddah and Al-Khobar.

“Real Estate and Contracting Week,” in which a number of relevant entities are participating, such as the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the General Authority for Real Estate, the Saudi Contractors Authority, the General Authority for State Real Estate, and other supporting entities, aims to raise awareness among entrepreneurs about investment opportunities in the sector by introducing them to the services and programs offered by government and private entities that support small and medium-sized enterprises in the sector.

Throughout the week, the SME Support Councils will host numerous in-person and virtual sessions and share success stories in the sector, featuring the CEO of the Saudi Real Estate Authority, Engineer Abdullah Al-Hammad, and the Secretary General of the Saudi Contractors Authority, Abdulmajeed Al-Rashoudi, to highlight the most important programs and initiatives dedicated to entrepreneurs. The week will also include a range of consultations, guidance, and workshops to promote the entry of small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs into the real estate sector andconstruction.
