Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in cooperation with Ashraq Development Company, the development arm of the Eastern Province Municipality, and the National Center for Privatization, announced the launch of the request for expressions of interest for the King Fahd Boulevard project in Dammam, which will be implemented through a public-private partnership model, with a 30-year design, construction, financing, operation, maintenance and transportation contract.
