Basic requirements before starting construction

The municipality clarified, via an infographic published on its official account on the “X” platform, that the implementation of any construction project must be preceded by compliance with a number of basic requirements, most notably:

1. Obtaining the necessary regulatory permits before starting any construction work.
2. Erecting a temporary fence around the construction site to protect pedestrians and neighboring areas from hazards.
3. Maintaining the cleanliness of the site and its surroundings, including the streets near the project.
4. Providing engineering plans approved by the relevant authorities to ensure the safety of the design and execution.
5. Prohibit the storage of construction materials outside the temporary fence to avoid encroachment on public property or disruption of traffic flow.
