Under the theme “The Future of Urban Living,” the third edition of Cityscape Global, hosted by the Kingdom for the third consecutive year, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh, from November 17 to 20, 2025.
The exhibition is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the General Real Estate Authority and the Housing Program—one of the Vision 2030 initiatives— and organized by “Tahaluf,” a joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, the Events Investment Fund, and Informa Markets.
The world’s largest real estate exhibition returns with an expected attendance of over 172,000 visitors, featuring an elite group of real estate developers and architects, as well as leading institutional investors, technology solution providers, and policymakers.
The Cityscape Global is of particular importance, as it showcases the broad scope and ambitious goals of the transformation taking place in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, and is characterized by significant global participation and growing attendance each year; last year’s edition featured more than 70 international real estate development companies and over 20,000 international participants.
This edition is expected to be the largest and most influential of its kind to date, featuring more than 450 international exhibitors and 500 speakers, as well as four dedicated conferences and two networking programs with major institutional investors and international real estate development companies.
In this context, His Excellency Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, said: “We are proud that the Kingdom is hosting the third edition of Cityscape Global, which is an important opportunity to build new partnerships and strengthen cooperation within the sector, in line with our efforts to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030; as this international exhibition plays a pivotal role in supporting our efforts to develop integrated urban communities, improve the quality of life for citizens and residents, and drive sustainable economic growth.”
For his part, Faisal Al-Khamisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones and co-founder of “Tahaluf,” emphasized the goal this year to build on the remarkable successes achieved by the Cityscape Global exhibition in its previous editions, notably the rise in transaction value and the increase in global participation recorded in 2024, when the value of real estate sales and transactions reached 61 billion U.S. dollars, with 121 participating countries; which reflects the growing global standing of this exhibition, which continues to solidify its international presence as one of the most important platforms for conducting real estate business deals in this sector,” he said, emphasizing the organizers’ commitment to achieving even greater success in the 2025 edition, and to offer even more distinctive events to continue shaping the future of the global real estate sector. This, in turn, contributes to strengthening the Kingdom’s leadership and its distinctive, active role in driving development across various sectors, as well as in hosting and organizing international conferences and major global events.
This year’s Cityscape Global exhibition includes a range of events, among them: the “Future of Living Summit,” which focuses on building smart cities, provides an overview of strategies, presents key analyses of the world’s most ambitious real estate development projects, and explores the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, real estate technology, and sustainable urban design.
The “Real Estate Developers and Architects Platform” connects the region’s leading real estate developers with award-winning urban planners, focusing on practical analysis and defining the distinctive character of cities through human-centered planning, sustainable revitalization, and cutting-edge construction solutions.
The Innovation Platform offers startups the opportunity to showcase the latest technological innovations in real estate through the Cityscape Innovation Challenge, as well as to connect with the next generation of architects at the Future Leaders Hackathon, This platform also provides the latest information on the home ownership and mortgage market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The 2025 edition of the exhibition will feature the “Estad Platform,” the first Saudi platform dedicated to the integrated international ecosystem of stadiums, sports, and infrastructure for major events, The platform connects various stakeholders within the infrastructure ecosystem for sports and entertainment events, providing an opportunity to benefit from key insights from sports federations, exhibition organizers, and Olympic committees, as well as leading athletes, prominent architects, and destination operators.
It is worth noting that the third edition of the Cityscape real estate exhibition features a remarkable international presence, with the list of leading participating countries including the United States, China, India, the United Kingdom, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Jordan.
