<The Public Authority for Real Estate announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of (207,885) real estate pieces in (230) neighborhoods in the Eastern Province and (252) real estate pieces in Merat Governorate in the Riyadh region will expire by the end of Thursday, Muharram 15, 1447 AH, corresponding to July 10, 2025 AD.
The Real Estate Registration will end in (11) neighborhoods in Jubail Governorate, namely: Al Mirqab, Al Waha, Al Dana, Al Marjan, Al Dhubab, Al Tawiyah, Al Bustan, Al Yarmouk, Sanayat Al Arifi, Al Taawun and Taiba, and registration will end in the real estate area located between Abu Hadriyah Road, Sanayat Al Dhahran neighborhood, and Mecca Road in Dammam city.

The Authority called on the owners of properties located within the scope of the neighborhoods to quickly register their properties through the Land Registry platform https://rer.sa/ before the end of the registration period; to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes to the property.
She explained that the Land Registry will issue a "property number" and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered, and the new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property and its data: the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, descriptions, status, rights and obligations and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its main components, stressing that the failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties specified in the real estate registration system determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the end of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
