Dar Al Riyadh announced yesterday that it had signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jubail Company, the service arm of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, with the aim of providing management and supervision services for the development of major residential projects in the industrial cities of Jubail and Yanbu.
The signing ceremony was attended by official representatives from both parties, with the agreement signed by Mr. Abdullah bin Ali Al-Musta’in, CEO of Dar Al-Riyadh, and Engineer Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Shamasheer, CEO of Jabeen, in the presence of a number of executive leaders from both sides.
Under the agreement, Dar Al Riyadh will contribute its accumulated expertise in providing management and supervision services for the development of 1,138 residential units in Jubail, and more than 1,000 units in Yanbu, as part of an integrated urban development plan aimed at improving quality of life and promoting sustainability in industrial cities.
Mr. Abdullah Al-Musta’inir emphasized that this partnership reflects Dar Al-Riyadh’s belief in its national role in providing integrated consulting and engineering solutions that contribute to building smart and sustainable cities, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. He also expressed his pride in the partnership with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and Jabeen, describing it as a leading model of cooperation between the public and private sectors.
For its part, Jabeen explained that this agreement is part of its strategy to provide innovative, value-added services that enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of industrial cities, support their economic growth, and foster the integration of their diverse sectors.
Through this partnership, Jabeen also seeks to maximize the utilization of the Royal Commission’s assets by transforming them into sustainable investment opportunities, while enhancing private sector participation in the efficient management and operation of projects, thereby reducing reliance on government support and achieving operational efficiency.
