The General Authority for Real Estate launched on Sunday the second edition of the “Real Estate Brokerage Forum” organized at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center to enrich real estate awareness and meet with experts, specialists and real estate practitioners to exchange visions and ideas and discuss the future of the sector.

Real Estate Brokerage Forum will be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. The Real Estate Brokerage Forum will discuss through its dialogue sessions the impact of legislative and regulatory updates on the development of the real estate brokerage sector, analyze the effectiveness of legal frameworks in raising the quality of transactions and enhancing confidence in the real estate market, and highlight the concept of "value“ in the real estate product to meet the needs of the present and keep pace with future aspirations.
Real Estate Brokerage Forum. The second edition of the forum complements the efforts to develop the real estate business environment through an integrated system that includes regulatory, professional and awareness aspects. The forum will include an accompanying exhibition that introduces the activities and digital services available through the real estate brokerage platform, in addition to corners dedicated to beneficiaries and partners, which contributes to expanding knowledge of regulations and legislation and supports community participation in achieving the growth and sustainability goals of the real estate sector.
