The Real Estate Contributions Committee in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced that the remaining contribution of “Jeddah Shadows” will be auctioned on Wednesday, Safar 13, 1437 AH, at Platzio Hall on Al Haramain Highway between Palestine Street and Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Street, the lands are located in a privileged location close to Al Haramain Road in a central area between King Abdulaziz Airport and Al Haramain Road with a four-story building plan complete with services.

The committee required those wishing to enter the auction to attend in person or through a legal agent, present a certified check in the name of the Real Estate Contributions Committee in the amount of 100 thousand riyals for each land, and this amount is considered a non-refundable advance part of the price for the successful bidder, and the successful bidder must write a check for the rest of the land value in the name of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and write a check for 2.5% of the total amount as the value of the quest in the name of the marketer, provided that the buyer pays the rest of the value upon unloading.

The committee intends to offer the rest of the 'Al-Arjwan' contribution after all objections have been resolved and the issuance of the Royal Decree authorizing the deed, and it was decided to sell the remaining pieces by holding a public auction in the first spring of this year.
